Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 16, 2025

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and disputes are handled for services, subscriptions, and other purchases made through Resolve.

1. Subscriptions & Digital Services

No Refunds

All purchases of digital services or subscriptions through the Resolve platform (including Boosts, Verification subscriptions, and Premium plans) are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any fees paid, including for partially used subscription periods.

Immediate Access

When you purchase a Resolve subscription or service, you gain immediate access to the paid features. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any statutory rights of withdrawal or cancellation, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

Exceptions

In the unlikely event of a billing error or if a purchase was not delivered correctly, please contact our support team at support@rslv.pro. We will review issues on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be provided only if required by applicable law or under extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.

2. Service Bookings (via Resolve Payments)

For payments made through the Resolve platform using Stripe Connect, the following refund and dispute rules apply:

Dispute Window

Customers have 24 hours after a job is marked as completed to file a dispute. During this time, funds are placed on hold until Resolve investigates.

Investigation

Resolve will review the details provided by both the Customer and the Professional before making a decision. Our decision will be final.

Refund Outcome

If a refund is approved, the Professional will be responsible for the refunded amount, including any payment processing fees and commissions originally applied.

No Refunds After 24h

Once the 24-hour dispute period has passed, payments are automatically released to the Professional and are no longer eligible for refunds.

3. Service Bookings (Cash Payments)

Direct Payments

When Customers and Professionals choose to settle payments in cash or outside Resolve, those transactions are entirely outside of Resolve’s control.

No Refunds or Disputes

Resolve does not regulate, process, or provide any refund or dispute mechanism for cash or off-platform payments. Customers and Professionals are solely responsible for managing and enforcing such agreements.

No Commission or Fees

Resolve does not charge any commission or service fees on cash transactions.

4. Applicability

Integration with Terms

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases and bookings made on our platform.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
