No Refunds
All purchases of digital services or subscriptions through the Resolve platform (including Boosts and Verification subscriptions) are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any fees paid, including for partially used subscription periods.
Immediate Access
When you purchase a Resolve subscription or service, you gain immediate access to the paid features. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any statutory rights of withdrawal or cancellation, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event of a billing error or if a purchase was not delivered correctly, please contact our support team at support@rslv.pro. We will review issues on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be provided only if required by applicable law or under extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.
Applicability
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made on our platform. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
