Which services can I find on Resolve?
You can connect with cleaners, handypersons, movers, construction professionals, beauty and wellness providers, and more - everything under one roof.
How do I get a quote?
Tap "Message" on any pro's profile, describe your job and ask for an estimate. Pros will reply with custom quotes you can compare side-by-side.
How can I trust a provider's quality?
Every pro has a public star rating and customer reviews. Look for high ratings, a good review count, and the "Verified" badge for added peace of mind.
How are payments for services handled?
You can pay in two ways: (1) Directly through Resolve – payments are processed securely in-app, with refund protection and a small commission applied. (2) In cash – no fees or commission apply, but refunds and disputes cannot be managed by Resolve.
Are there any extra fees for the booking?
For most bookings, you only pay the Professional’s price. However, depending on the booking price and payment method, a small service fee may be added at checkout. Any fees will always be shown upfront before you confirm payment.
How do refunds work?
For payments made through Resolve, you have 24 hours after a job is marked as completed to file a dispute. Funds are held until Resolve investigates. If a refund is approved, the Professional covers the processing fees. If you pay in cash, refunds and disputes are not available through Resolve.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings → Personal Information, select "Delete My Account." All your data will be permanently removed within 48 hours.
